In a world focussed on "fixing" everything that is wrong with band-aid solutions - or being overwhelmed with the "new" silver bullet, it's easy to either give up - or burn out trying everything.
I was told by well meaning doctors in my 20s, there was nothing that could be done to fix my "dis-ease". Something in me thought - that's so strange & doesn't feel right.
The body automatically fixes a cut or a scrape, how can it not fix other things. I didn't know how, but I trusted.
As soon as I surrendered to trying everything - the answers came.
And they were MUCH simpler than I thought. Less not more.
You are not broken - there is nothing wrong with you. I realise it may seem otherwise - but it's not. Whatever is going on - you are a whole complete & perfect human being - again believe it or not, it's true.
So, what's going on?

Like when we see people who eat copious amounts of junk food and are over weight or unwell, or beer and have a beer belly - different things you have been doing - consciously or unaware have been contributing.
The good news, we can shift them!
